ACCOMMODATION FOR SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE & AGM
For the Scientific Conference & AGM it is encouraged that members check in on Thursday the 12th of September to ensure an early start on Friday the 13th of September, and to also allow for us to finish on time. We have block-booked rooms at the Troutbeck Resort and kindly request that members book and pay directly to Troutbeck Resort, citing NaPAZ AGM as the booking code; as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

The conference registration fees cover all the conference materials including teas and lunches for the 2 days. Please note that for those members who check in on Thursday 12th September, the dinner is not covered on that day.
The Welcome Dinner will be on 13th of September and Farewell Cocktail on the 14th of September. The Theme for the Welcome Dinner is “A Red Carpet Affair” [Black Tie Formal Dress] and the Dress Code for the Farewell Dinner is Smart Casual Attire.
